약물유전체학 (Pharmacogenomics) 심혈관계약리학 (Cardiovascular Pharmacology) 신경약리학 (Neuropharmacology) Drug metabolism & Pharmacokinetics 약물유전체연구(Pharmacogenomics), 중추신경계약리(Neuropharmacology), 심혈관계약리(Cardiovascular Pharmacology)에 대하여 주로 연구 하고 있다. 약물유전체연구에서는 맞춤약물, 맞춤요법 및 진단용 microarray chip개발을 목표로 약물대사효소, 약물수송자 및 수용체 유전자의 다형성(Polymorphism)이 약물의 치료작용 및 부작용에 미치는 영향을 연구하며, 중추신경계약리에서는 신경전달물질의 작용기전 연구, 퇴행성질환의 발생기전과 치료약물 개발, 중추신경계약물들의 습관성•의존성 기전연구, 행동약리 등을 연구하고, 심혈관계약리에서는 고혈압의 발생기전과 조절에 대하여 연구하고 있다. 그외 여러약물들의 약효/약리평가, 생동성평가, PK평가 등을 수행한다. - 경피제제(Patch제)의 약효평가 - 진통/소염/해열/혈소판응집억제제의 약효/약리 평가 - 관절염치료제의 약효/약리 평가 - 고혈압치료제의 약효/약리 평가 - 당뇨병치료제의 약효/약리 평가 - 고지혈증치료제의 약효/약리 평가 - 간세포보호제의 약효/약리 평가 - 위장관/혈관/기관지 평활근에 작용하는 약물 약효/약리 평가 - 행동약리 평가 - 일반약리 평가 - 생물학적동등성 평가 |
